Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Digital products
Most Learn Gregg Shorthand products are digital products. No physical item will be shipped unless the product page clearly states otherwise.
Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned, digital product sales are final once the file has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered.
EU/UK customers: You may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content, this right may be lost once digital delivery begins, if you have consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that beginning the download or access ends the withdrawal right.
By purchasing and accessing a digital file from Learn Gregg Shorthand, you consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or access begins.
This does not affect your rights if the digital product is defective, inaccessible, or not as described.
Physical product returns
To be eligible for a return, your physical item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, inaccessible, incorrect, or not as described, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, accessed, or delivered, except where required by law.
Custom products, personalized products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless defective or otherwise required by law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible physical item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union / United Kingdom 14-day cooling-off period
For eligible physical products shipped to the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, unless an exception applies.
Physical items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For digital products, the 14-day withdrawal right may end once download or access begins, provided you consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that beginning access ends the withdrawal right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, or once we’ve reviewed your refund request for a digital product.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
