Learn Gregg Shorthand primarily sells digital products. No physical item will be shipped unless the product page clearly states that the product is a physical item.
Digital Products
Digital products may include downloadable files, PDFs, worksheets, guides, templates, course materials, or other electronic resources.
Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. Delivery may occur through a download link, email, customer account access, third-party delivery tool, or another electronic delivery method.
You should receive access to your digital product shortly after checkout is complete. If you do not receive access, please check your spam or promotions folder and confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct.
If you still cannot access your digital product, contact us at learn.gregg.shorthand@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Physical Products
Some products may be physical items, such as printed materials or merchandise. Physical products will be clearly identified on the product page.
Shipping rates and delivery options for physical products are shown at checkout when applicable.
Order Processing
Physical-product orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on the product, fulfillment provider, shipping carrier, order volume, and destination.
If a product is fulfilled by a third-party provider, processing and shipping times may be subject to that provider’s fulfillment schedule.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, weather, holidays, labor disruptions, or events outside our control.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or import processing.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
