For EU/UK customers, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content, this right may end once download or access begins, provided that you have consented to immediate digital delivery and acknowledged that beginning download or access ends the withdrawal right.
By purchasing and accessing a digital product from Learn Gregg Shorthand, you consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or access begins, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only unless the product page or a separate written license states otherwise. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, publish, or make the digital products publicly available.
SECTION 4 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Learn Gregg Shorthand reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Learn Gregg Shorthand confirms acceptance.
We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Learn Gregg Shorthand may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted, especially for digital products that have already been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return, refund, or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Digital products are delivered electronically through download links, email, customer account access, third-party delivery tools, or another electronic delivery method.
Physical products, if offered, are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, or events outside our control.
For physical products, title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer the product to the carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Learn Gregg Shorthand is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with Learn Gregg Shorthand and ELIN LLC.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Learn Gregg Shorthand, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.
You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Learn Gregg Shorthand, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
